| Honey-Ginger Sauce with Green Tea |

1/4 Cup Brewed Green Tea 2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar 1/2 Tablespoon Honey 2 Teaspoons Fish Sauce 2 Small Cloves Garlic, Minced 1 Teaspoon Minced Ginger Root 1 Green Onion, Green Part Only, Minced Mix all the ingredients in a small container. Use immediately or cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Use as a sauce or as a salad dressing. Makes 1/2 cup. Source: Cooking with Green Tea
