This Darjeeling was grown 4,500 feet above sea level on the renowned Makaibari Estate. This harvest is unique, lighter than most black teas with a flavor complexity that makes goods ones sought after worldwide. The leaves are coppery and attractive with a consistent size indicative of good processing. After steeping, the strong, floral aroma is revealed with hints of muscatel and a heady herbaceous flavor.
